1. Our Commitment

Divergent Logic Partners Inc. ("Divergent Logic," "we," "us" or "our") is committed to making the website located at the Divergent Logic domain (the "Site") usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies or who navigate by keyboard.

2. Conformance Target

We aim for the Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We are not able to represent that the Site fully conforms to that standard at all times, but conformance with it is the target against which we assess and improve the Site.

3. Measures We Have Taken

Our current approach to accessibility on the Site includes:

(a) semantic headings and page structure;

(b) keyboard-accessible navigation and forms;

(d) text alternatives or accessible labels for meaningful visuals;

(e) responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller screens;

(f) reduced-motion support for visitors who request it; and

(g) contrast choices designed to support readable text and controls.

4. Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is treated as part of our site release process. We test the experience against our conformance target as content, visuals and functionality change, and we work to address issues we identify as part of that process.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content or features on the Site may not yet fully meet our conformance target, whether because of content supplied by third parties, limitations of particular assistive technologies, or areas we have not yet reviewed. We welcome reports of any such barriers, as described in Section 6.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site, please let us know through the contact form on the Site, noting "Accessibility feedback." Please describe the page, the issue you encountered, and, where relevant, the assistive technology or browser you were using. We will consider your feedback as part of our ongoing improvement process described in Section 4.

7. Changes to this Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the state of the Site. We will post the revised statement on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date.
